The vast majority of those accused of witchcraft or sorcery belonged to the lowest strata of society. A few upper class individuals were accused of witchcraft but not one of them was subjected to corporal punishment.

The prupose of this second part of the Exhibition & Witchcraft in Strandir, The Sorcerer's Cottage at Kluka, is to show the living conditions of tenant farmers on the poor farms, give a glimpse of their world view and what means they used in their fight for survival.
